  • .75oz grapefruit syrup
  • .75oz Aperol
  • 1.5 oz mezcal
  • Basil oil
  • Tajin
  • Ice
  • A few dashes of IL MIG+


  1. Combine all ingredients (except Tajin & basil oil) into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
  2. Strain into a glass rimmed with Tajin
  3. Garnish the surface with 5-10 drops of basil oil
