Ingredients:
- White fish such as cod or pike
- Russet potatoes
- White vinegar
- Sour pickles
- Capers
- Mayonnaise
- Whole grain mustard
- Flour
- A can of beer
- Neutral oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- NAGAMI TEST hot sauce
Recipe:
- Peel and slice potatoes into fries
- Starting from cold water, simmer the potatoes in salted water seasoned with some white vinegar
- Cook potatoes until barely knife tender. Drain and reserve
- Dice up capers and pickles. Toss with mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and NAGAMI TEST hot sauce
- Season flour with paprika, salt, & pepper
- Prepare a beer batter by combining flour and a light beer
- Dredge the fish strips in the seasoned flour before coating in the batter
- Fry in 350° F oil until golden brown and crispy
- Repeat with the potatoes
