Pimientos de Padrón

Pimiento de Padrón are small Galician peppers typically picked while unripe. Simply fried in olive oil to blister & seasoned with salt- here we also add IL MIG.

“Os pementos de Padrón, uns pican e outros non”
“Padrón peppers, some are hot, some are not”

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of Padrón peppers
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • IL MIG+

Recipe:

  1. Heat oil in a pan until almost smoking
  2. Add washed peppers (whole)
  3. Occasionally flip to evenly blister the peppers
  4. Plate, sprinkle salt, and add IL MIG+
