Pimientos de Padrón
Pimiento de Padrón are small Galician peppers typically picked while unripe. Simply fried in olive oil to blister & seasoned with salt- here we also add IL MIG.

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of Padrón peppers
- Olive oil
- Salt
- IL MIG+
Recipe:
- Heat oil in a pan until almost smoking
- Add washed peppers (whole)
- Occasionally flip to evenly blister the peppers
- Plate, sprinkle salt, and add IL MIG+
