Zesty, savory, bold enough to wake you up & balanced enough to keep you going. Let’s put a Mediterranean spin on it with some IL MIG+ and a gilda skewer.

Ingredients

  • Spicy paprika, for rimming the glass
  • Celery salt, for rimming the glass
  • 4cl vodka
  • 2cl sherry
  • 10cl lemon juice
  • 2 dashes tomato juice
  • 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • IL MIG+ hot sauce, to taste
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Ice
  • Gilda skewer (guindilla, olive, and anchovy) for garnish

Directions

  1. Rim the Glass: Rub the wet rim of a glass in a mixture of celery salt and spicy paprika.
  2. Fill with Ice: Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Mix the Drink: Add the vodka, sherry, lemon juice, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, IL MIG+ hot sauce, and black pepper to the glass. Stir well.
  4. Garnish: Garnish with a gilda skewer (guindilla, olive, and anchovy).
