A Mediterranean Twist on the Classic Bloody Mary

Zesty, savory, bold enough to wake you up & balanced enough to keep you going. Let’s put a Mediterranean spin on it with some IL MIG+ and a gilda skewer.

Ingredients
- Spicy paprika, for rimming the glass
- Celery salt, for rimming the glass
- 4cl vodka
- 2cl sherry
- 10cl lemon juice
- 2 dashes tomato juice
- 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- IL MIG+ hot sauce, to taste
- Pinch of black pepper
- Ice
- Gilda skewer (guindilla, olive, and anchovy) for garnish
Directions
- Rim the Glass: Rub the wet rim of a glass in a mixture of celery salt and spicy paprika.
- Fill with Ice: Fill the glass with ice.
- Mix the Drink: Add the vodka, sherry, lemon juice, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, IL MIG+ hot sauce, and black pepper to the glass. Stir well.
- Garnish: Garnish with a gilda skewer (guindilla, olive, and anchovy).
