Where we ship

ONIMA PANTRY ships to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Available services depend on the delivery address and items in your order and are shown at checkout. We do not currently offer shipping to other countries.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 days after the order is placed. Dispatch is when your package is handed to the carrier; it is separate from the carrier's delivery time. If a product has a different dispatch timeframe, such as a preorder or made-to-order item, we will state it before purchase.

United States shipping

For deliveries within the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, DC), standard shipping is free on orders of US$50 or more after discounts and US$6.99 on orders below US$50 after discounts. The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after all discounts, before taxes and shipping. If a discount code brings your merchandise subtotal below US$50, the US$6.99 standard shipping charge applies. These rates apply to both new and returning customers.

The free-shipping offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, Canada, or Mexico. Standard shipping to other supported US destinations is US$8.99. Eligibility and the final shipping charge are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

The standard US carrier transit estimate is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and carrier holidays. Estimates can vary by destination and carrier conditions; any delivery date specifically guaranteed at purchase remains subject to the terms of that guarantee.

Canada and Mexico

Shipping charges and available carrier services are calculated at checkout using your destination and order details. Delivery estimates vary by service and destination. International shipments may also require time for customs clearance.

Import duties, taxes, and carrier clearance or brokerage charges may apply. Any amounts collected by ONIMA at checkout will be shown there. Unless expressly included at checkout, applicable import charges may be collected separately by the carrier or customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility, subject to applicable law. Contact us before ordering if you need help understanding a charge.

Tracking and delivery problems

When tracking is available, we provide it with your shipment confirmation. Carrier tracking may take time to show movement after a label is created.

If tracking stops updating, a package does not arrive, or tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate it, email info@onimapantry.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate remedy. Our responsibilities do not automatically end when a package is handed to a carrier.

For broken, leaking, incorrect, or missing items, contact us promptly. Photos of the packaging and affected items, when available and safe to obtain, help us investigate. Do not consume a product that appears unsafe or send food or broken glass back without instructions. See our Refund Policy.

Address changes and cancellations

Please check your delivery address before ordering. Email us promptly to request a correction or cancellation. We will try to help before shipment, but cannot guarantee a change once fulfillment is underway. If a package is returned as undeliverable, contact us to arrange the next step. Any proposed reshipping charge will be disclosed before you agree to it. These terms do not limit remedies for our errors or your legal rights.

If we cannot ship on time

If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised at purchase, or within 30 days if no timeframe was stated, we will notify you of the delay, explain your cancellation and refund options, and obtain your consent where required. If you cancel under those rights, or we cannot obtain consent where required, we will cancel and promptly refund the unshipped merchandise as required by law.

A full unshipped-order cancellation includes shipping and applicable taxes. Partial-order refunds include the amounts required by law. Refunds required by the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule are issued within seven working days after the right to a refund arises for the payment methods accepted through our checkout. Mandatory shorter deadlines and other consumer protections remain applicable.
