How to use them

Lemon Ginger Jerk is the marinade. Brush it on chicken, pork, shrimp, or lobster before they hit the grate, then a second pass right before serving. House-made gochujang fermented in onggi clay does the deep, savory work. Swap it for tub gochujang anywhere you'd reach for it.
